Edutopia is a useful site for all things related to public education. The web page devoted to technology integration on the day that I checked had a number of useful headlines:
"Why Integrate Technology into Curriculum?"
"High-Tech in Hawaii"
"Shaping 21st Technology for 21st Century Schools"
"Closing the Digital Divide"
What I read today is light on critique and heavy on description. The page definitely advocates the integration of technology into curriculum (the title kind of gives that away, doesn't it?). That said, if you are looking for a good source with a clearly stated bias for technology, then this might be useful.
